Scope work: Involves a comprehensive HVAC upgrade, including the demolition of the existing ERV and related components, followed by the installation of a new Rooftop Unit (RTU) with a prefabricated roof curb, updated electrical and gas connections, and necessary duct and roof modifications and controls. Structural and architectural upgrades, such as patching and repairing damaged finishes, millwork, paint, doors, and frames to restore the areas to their pre-construction state.
